Additional Deputy Commissioner Tening T. Lemlila Sangtam, in a notification, informed all the concerned that the traffic on the road stretch between Meguiki River Bridge and Herazambak Bridge between Tening and Nsong Town will be regulated for 2 (two) months for the ongoing NERSDS road project. ADC Tening informed that the area is made of rock requiring blasting and it will pose a danger to the commuters while executing work. 

Therefore, the traffic regulation is scheduled to start on 15th June 2023 as follows: Day 1-2 Road Close to traffic; Day 3 Road Open to traffic; Day 4-5 Road Close to traffic and Day 6 Road Open to traffic.

The ADC further informed that the schedule may be extended depending on site requirements and advised the public of the Tening area and Nsong Sub Division to travel via an alternate route during the day of road closure via Ngaulong- Bamsiakilwa.
