Flagging off ceremony for the Wokha District football team for the forthcoming Nagaland Olympics was held at local ground, Wokha on 16th August 2022. The programme was attended by Deputy Commissioner & Chairman, Wokha District Sports Council, Ajit Kumar Ranjan, IAS.

During a short programme held at Wokha, the DC encouraged the participants to exhibit their talents in the true sportsmanship of the game. He also urged them to be disciplined at all times and encouraged them to give their best and wished them luck.
