Under the banner of ‘Sahakar Se Samriddhi’ – Prosperity through Cooperatives, the Department of Cooperation participated in the Exhibition commemorating the 75th Republic Day Celebration at Secretariat Plaza, Kohima.

On the occasion of 75th Republic Day 2024 celebration, various awards were given out by the Governor, La. Ganesan during the Republic Day celebration at the Parade Ground Secretariat Plaza, Kohima. The list of the awardees are as follows: 

President's Medal for Distinguished Service (Police) announced on the occasion of 75th Republic day celebration 2024:

1. Rupin Sharma Director General of Police Nagaland.

Along with the rest of the country, Wakching sub-division observed Indian Republic Day at SDO(C) office, Mon. James Renbi kikon NCS SDO(C) unfurled the national flag and took salute from Nagaland Police. The programme was attended by government officials, GBs & DBs and well-wishers.

On the occasion of the 75th Republic Day, Charitable organisations visited various institutions in the state capital on 26th January 2024. 

In a recent announcement, the Nagaland Board of School Education, Kohima, has notified candidates who applied for the position of Junior Academic Officer in Physics, Economics, and Computer Science, as per the advertisement dated October 30, 2023, published in local newspapers.

In accordance with the Cabinet's approval (vide No. CAB-1/14/2023 Dt.09.11.2023), and to facilitate the efficient development of National Highway projects in the State, the Government of Nagaland has issued a notification.
