Deputy Commissioner & District Magistrate, Wokha, Ajit Kumar Ranjan, IAS has issued an order stating that the Election Commission of India has announced the schedule for the conduct of General Elections to the Nagaland Legislative Assembly 2023 in a free, fair, safe, and peaceful manner and a Model Code of Conduct is in place.

Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer Mokokchung, Shashank Pratap Singh IAS has notified all concerned that the campaign period for the General election of 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly shall come to an end W.e.f 4:00 PM-25/02/2023 and there is a prohibition of public meeting during Forty-eight hours ending with hours fixed for conclusion of poll.

DC & DEO Peren, Vineet Kumar has informed all concerned that as per Section 126 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the campaigning period for General Election to the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly 2023 shall come to end w.e.f 4:00 PM - 25/02/2023 and that there is a prohibition of public meeting during forty-eight hours ending with the hour fixed for conclusion of poll.

Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer, Noklak K. Mhathung Tsanglao notified for the general information of all concerned that as per Section 126 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the campaigning period for General Election to the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly, 2023 shall come to end w. e. f.

In pursuance of Section 130, 134 B of the Representation of People Act, 1951, and the other guidelines issued by ECI, DC & DEO Peren, Vineet Kumar has ordered that:

As per the directives from the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Nagaland, the Deputy commissioner & DEO Kiphire T Wati Aier has informed all the political party candidates and political functionaries that the campaigning period for the Assembly Elections will come to an end w.e.f 4:00 pm on 25th February 2023.
