Phek Town Youth Society in collaboration with Nehru Yuva Kendra Phek, will be organising the celebration of Sükrünye and Youth Festival for Chakeshang Tribe under the theme "Fairing the flair" at Local Ground, Phek Town on 14th & 15th January 2023.

The Confederation of All Nagaland State Services Employee’s Association (CANSSEA) extended its sympathies on the sudden demise of Dr. Imtiwapang Aier, MLA and former Speaker, NLA. It stated that in his demise, the society has lost a young, dynamic and able leader who still had much to contribute towards the Naga society.
