In a circular the Deputy Commissioner Longleng, W. Manpai Phom has informed the general public of Longleng that the Nagaland State Transport (NST) Chopper Service from Dimapur-Longleng-Dimapur route operates every Thursday, as per the schedule notified by the Office of the General Manager, Nagaland State Transport, Dimapur.

In compliance with directions received from the Directorate, the District Civil Supply Office, Wokha, has announced the conduct of a Special Enrolment Camp for eligible beneficiaries under the GHH Scheme. The camp will be held in Wokha Town on 23rd July 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, at two designated locations: Lithungbemo FPS, Tsumang B (opposite Vishal Mart) and the NST Area. 

Deputy Commissioner & Vice-Chairman DPDB, Mokokchung, Ajit Kumar Verma, IAS has informed that the monthly District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) meeting will be held on 30 July 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at Deputy Commissioner’s Conference Hall, Mokokchung.

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Peren, has issued a public advisory following a major landslide at Beilikui Ward, Peren Town, triggered by continuous heavy rainfall over the past few days. The landslide has completely blocked the road, severely disrupted normal movement and posed a risk to nearby infrastructure.
