District Administration Longleng has informed that a mass social work will be held on 13th August 2022 from 06:30 am till 09:30 am, therefore all the concerned citizens of Longleng town have been requested to actively participate in the cleanliness drive.
Further, the business establishments are directed to whitewash their shops and keep their shops closed till the completion of mass social work.
Deputy Commissioner Kohima has informed all the Kohima DPDB members that due to the Independence Day Celebration on 15th August 2022, the Kohima DPDB meeting for August has been preponed to 12th August 2022 (Friday) at 10:00 AM in the Kohima DPDB Conference Hall.
All the members have been requested to note the change and make it convenient to attend the meeting positively.

An Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) awareness program - cum - training on waste management with a special focus on segregation of waste-at-source and plastic waste management was conducted by Niksungla Founder- Charman Living for Environment (LiFE) an NGO from Dimapur on the 9th August 2022 at the DBs Customary Court Mangkolemba. It was attended by representatives from various NGOs and business unions of Mangkolemba Town and all Heads of Offices in the Mangkolemba Division.
