In view of the celebration of the 75th year of India's Independence, "Prabhat Pheri" (Morning Processions) as part of the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ Campaign under the aegis of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav were held in different districts of State on 10th August 2022.

Deputy Commissioner & Vice Chairman DPDB Niuland, Sara S Jamir has informed all concerned that Niuland DPDB meeting will be held on 9th August 2022 at DC’s Conference Hall Niuland.

The DC has requested all concerned members attend the meeting without fail.

In commemoration of 75 years of Independence and in view of the upcoming Independence Day and Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, 'Prabhat Pheris' - morning procession carrying the National Flag will be organised on 9th August 2022 at 8:00 a.m.

The procession will be followed at two locations, from ADC Court Junction to City Tower led by Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur and the other from Commissioner of Police Office to City Tower led by Commissioner of Police, Dimapur.

DC & ERO, Mokokchuong, Chumlamo Humtsoe has informed all the electors under Mokokchung District that in pursuance of the Election Commission’s direction regarding the collection of aadhar data from the electors for linking and authentication of Electoral Roll, Voters Facilitation Centers (VFCs) in the district level and Assembly Constituencies are set up in the Offices as mentioned: Tuli, Addl.

Home Commissioner, Abhijit Sinha, IAS has informed that the State level function for the celebration of 75th Independence Day shall be held at Nagaland Civil Secretariat Plaza on 15th August 2022. The National Day Celebration shall be attended compulsorily by all the Officers and Staff of the Nagaland Civil Secretariat.

Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Shanavas C, IAS has informed that the District Administration and DEF Kohima are organizing a rally by carrying the National Flag on 10th August 2022 at 6:00 AM in view of the Government of India's "Har Ghar Tiranga" campaign under the aegis of 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.'
