Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie, NCS in an order informed the concerned landowners that the damage compensation of the Kohima-Jessami 2-lane project – Km 29. 60 to Km 37.05 (package-11) shall be paid in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kohima on 10th February, 2021 at 10:00AM

            DC Peren, Sentiwapang Aier, NCS has informed that the monthly Peren District Planning & Development Board (DPDB) meeting for the month of February will be held on 6th February, 2021 at DC's Conference Hall, Peren at 11:00 a.m.

            The DC further informed that the meeting will also be attended by Advisor Water Resources, Namri Nchang and Leader of Opposition, T.R Zeliang.

            In view of heavy rockslides between Chumukedima Police Check post till New Chumukedima village on NH - 29 (Loc. - 127.00 KM) in Dimapur district, the Home Department has informed that the stretch of road from Chathe River Bridge (Patkai Bridge) to Kukidolong has been closed from 02.02.2021 onwards till further orders, as a precautionary measure to prevent any injury, loss of life and damage to property.
