A meeting of Administrative Heads of Departments and Heads of Departments will be held on 10th September 2021 at 1:00 PM in the Secretariat Conference Hall, Kohima.

The agenda for the meeting are as follows:

1. CAG Audit Report- All AHODs
2. Pending Advertisement Bills- IPR Department
3. Updation of Departmental websites- All AHODs
4. List of legal advisors/consultants/retainership appointed by the various departments and directorates on full time basis or on various terms and conditions- Justice & Law Department
5. Review of last meeting agenda/action points- All AHODs
6. Any other agenda with the permission of Chair.

The AHODs/HODs have been requested to review the agenda points in respect of their own departments and attend the meeting with up to date status.
