Mon Vale College (Mon HQ) celebrated its First Foundation Day on 19th July 2022 at Konyak Union Hall, Mon Town.

Principal Mon Vale College, Dr. C.H Manwang Konyak, in his welcome note, briefed the gathering on how the Mon Vale College came into existence. He spoke on how Mon District was lacking and required Higher Educational Institutes as many students face difficulties because the only Govt College could not accommodate all.

Special Guest, Principal, Wangkhao College Mon, Dr. I. Wati Imchen, congratulated Mon Vale College on celebrating the First Foundation Day. He said the foundation day was important, as it reflects on the beginning, and how it changed paving the way for success over the years. He also congratulated the founders of the college for keeping the vision of Higher Education for the people of Mon. He also urged the Governing Board, Managing Board, Teachers, Staff, Students, and all the stakeholders to take a pledge and work honestly for the growth and development of the institution.

Special Number was presented by Mon School of Music and BA 3rd Semester students. Word of gratitude by Chairman, Governing Board MVC, Nathan Konyak.
