Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan (VVM) is a national programme for popularizing science among school students of standard VI to XI, conceptualised to identify the bright minds with a scientific aptitude among the student community. It is an initiative of Vigyan Bharati in collaboration with Vigyan Prasar, an autonomous organization under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India and National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT).

Awareness on Rabies and free Anti Rabies vaccination drives was conducted at District Veterinary Hospital, Kiphire on 28th September 2021 under the theme " Rabies: Facts, not Fear". Chief Veterinary & AH Officer Kiphire, Dr. Tsilise Sangtam, stated that every year the Nation celebrates Rabies Day on 28th September as it marks the death anniversary of French chemist and microbiologist, Louis Pasteur, who first developed rabies vaccine.

Nagaland Board of School Education has notified again to all the teachers of registered private schools and also the private middle schools to join the NISHTHA 3.0 (National Initiative for School Heads’ and Teachers’ Holistic Advancement), teachers training on Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN), Classes 1-5, through DIKSHA Portal within 30th September 2021.
