Deputy commissioner Mon, Thavaseelan K IAS has notified that in view of COVID-19 Pandemic crisis and to contain the outbreak of the infection in the District, any person who has entered the Colony/Ward/Village after 6th March 2020 till date has to be mandatorily reported to the District Helpline Nos. 9862014033/9862078993/7005687775. Further, all Colony/Ward/Village authorities have been directed to check, authenticate and report any such person to the Helpline Nos.
REPORT ON COVID-19 LOCKDOWN
According to the report on Law & Order and facilitation of essential Goods & Services for 9th of April 2020, 3 violations of the lockdown were reported in the State. Abhijit Sinha, IAS, Principal Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, while issuing the report stated that 3 people have been bound down. No law and order incidents have been reported.
