ADC Tizit, Keyirangding Hegui has notified that the ULB election for Ward No. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 & 9 of Tizit Town Council will be held with Ward No. 3,6 &9 reserved for women.

The eligibility criteria are Age 18-27 years. Minimum qualification 12 Passed and Minimum height 155cm.

Additional Deputy Commissioner & Returning Officer Tuensang Town Council Thungchanbema Tungoe NCS through a notification stated that an election is to be held of a member to wad No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 & 15 of the Tuensang Town Council, with ward No. 3, 6, 9, 12 & 15 reserved for women.

Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Peren Vineet Kumar IAS has notified that in view of the successful completion of the General Election to the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly 2023, the prohibition of carrying Licensed arms in public places as a preventive measure has been lifted under Peren District. The Deputy Commissioner further informed all the arms License holders who have deposited their arms to collect the same from the concerned Office at the earliest.
