Imkong L. Imchen, MLA, and Chairman of the Committee on Public Undertakings for the year 2023-2024 has announced a proposal to undertake an "On-the-Spot" Verification to study and inspect the status of Hotel Japfu, Kohima. The visit is scheduled for the 24th of November 2023 at 11 A.M.

The General Manager of District Industries Centre, Mokokchung, has issued a notification to all Chairmen of Village Councils in Mokokchung District and Ward authorities in Mokokchung.

The objective is to attain and sustain MR Elimination, with zero transmission of endemic Measles and Rubella (MR) cases and a target vaccination coverage of 95%.

Seyochung Police Station was inaugurated on 15th November 2023, at Seyochung town by MLA & Chairman DPDB Kiphire, C Kipili Sangtam. The new police station is the fourth police station to be established in Kiphire District.

Additional Deputy Commissioner and Electoral Registration Officer Kohima,  Rhosietho Nguori has issued circular in connection with the on-going Special Summary Revision of Photo Electoral Roll w.r.t 01.01.2024 informing all the un-enrolled eligible citizens under Kohima District that there will be 2nd Special Camp on 17th and 18th November 2023 in all the polling stations.
