CANDLELIGHT VIGIL HELD IN KOHIMA

To honour the victims, a candle lights vigil was organised by Zeliangrong Students Union Kohima on 31st March 2021. Hundreds of Kohima citizens assembled at the local ground to pay homage to Lt. Itingwangbe Haikam, Lt. Peramhialungbo and Lt. Sikamwangbo who were killed by unknown assailants on 22nd March at Lamhainamdi Village in Peren district.

DC PHEK NOTIFIES

In the interest of the public safety, there will be total restriction of traffic movement between Sakraba & Pholami village area between the chainage 20+000 to 20+500 from 9:00 pm to 5:00 am from 2nd April 2021 to 30th April 2021. The restriction is necessitated to facilitate speedy completion of 2-Lane construction works of Phek-Pfutsero road.

DC Dimapur, Rajesh Soundararajan has informed all concerned that the monthly Dimapur District Planning & Development Board meeting for the month of April 2021 will be held at DC conference, Dimapur on 5th April 2021 from 11 am.
