The Director, State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), T. Sekhose informed that the SCERT Training Annexe Building will be inaugurated by Advisor of SCERT, Information & Public Relations and Village Guards, Toshi Wungtung on 19th August 2020 at 10:00 am at SCERT Training Annexe Building, Below High School Ground, Kohima.
