Union Minister for Culture, Tourism and DoNER, G.Kishan Reddy, unveiled the commemorative plaque of Road from NH -29 (Sovima village Gate to Thahekhu Village, Dimapur, today 25th September 2021.
Addressing a public gathering at the Nagaland State Cricket Stadium, Sovima, Dimapur, Reddy observed that the particular road was very important for Dimapur city, as the bypass road would ease traffic congestion in Dimapur main road besides improving social and trade relations between different areas

In the recent mortalities of Buffaloes from unspecified disease at Kangjan Village under Meluri Sub-division, Phek District, the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services has conducted Laboratory test to specify the etiology of the disease from ELISA laboratory, Kohima.
It was confirmed from the isolate that the etiology of the disease was a Gram negative, Coccobacilli, Bipolar organism called Pasteurellamultocida.

The office of the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), Nagaland organized a one day training programme through Virtual Mode on 24th September, 2021 for Electoral Registration Officers (EROs), Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROs) and Assistant Election Officers (AEOs) in connection with conduct of Special Summary Revision of Electoral Roll with reference to 01.01.2022 as the qualifying date.
There are 13 EROs, 60 AEROs and 10 AEOs in the State.

Tening Sub-Divisional Task Force on COVID-19 held a review meeting at Tening Town Hall on 24th September 2021 under the Chairmanship of ADC Tening, Rosietho Nguori who is also the chairman of SDTF.
The meeting was held to discuss various ongoing activities being carried out in the Sub-Division.
