Deputy Commissioner, Wokha has ordered sealing of House NO.108 at NST Colony in exercise of the power conferred under section 30 (1), (2) of the Disaster Management Act 2005and in order to take effective measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 with immediate effect till further order.

Any person violating these containment measures will be liable to be prosecuted as per the provisions of Section 51 to 60 of the Disaster Management Act 2005, beside legal action under Section 188 of the IPC.
