Yhome stated that the government has given some mandate to visit some areas to interact with the publics to get the ground realities and get feedbacks on ‘public hesitancy’ for getting vaccinated, which perhaps the State War room will get a better picture and more informed to take better decision on how to fight the disease.

Understanding the limited resources, human constrains and other resources constrains it will be another factor of worry however that was not an excuse to sit back, he added and encouraged all the members involved to be proactive in the consequent weeks ahead.

He also mentioned that testing and treatment will continue with revised sops and Kohima being a better district in vaccination status, the government regulating any valuable policies and suggestion pertaining to vaccination should be sensitized over again to the community so that the status of covid vaccination can be acceptable to a ratio of 50% plus in all the areas and blocks

Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie NCS mentioned that the government at its wisdom has been giving few priority on certain areas especially on vaccination hence vaccination remains the most important aspect.
