Deputy Commissioner & DEO, Tseminyu, Dr. Zasekuolie Chusi IAS has notified that in the exercise of powers conferred under section 160 of the representation of people Act 1951, the RSA Ground Tseminyu is being requisitioned for parking of vehicles in connection with the conduct of the upcoming 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly election 2023 from 21st February 2023 till the completion of the elections process.

In view of the conduct of the General Election to the Nagaland Legislative Assembly 2023, and in pursuance of the power conferred under Section 133 of the Representation of the Peoples' Act, 1951, Rahul Bhanudas Mali, IAS Deputy Commissioner & District Election officer, Zunheboto has restricted the Inter Polling Station/Assembly Constituency movement of private vehicles under Zunheboto District on the Poll day i.e, 27th February 2023 from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The Deputy Commissioner & DEO, Longleng Dharam Raj, IAS has issued a final reminder to all the Arms License holders under Longleng district, who are yet to deposit their Arms License along with Arms, to deposit them at the nearest Police station latest by 5:00 PM on 20th February 2023. Failure to comply with the order will subsequently lead to the cancellation of the arms license and may invite penalties as per the provision of the law.
