The Deputy Commissioner, Zunheboto, Dharam Raj, IAS, has released the District Action Plan for Reform Utsav in Zunheboto on 24th September 2026.
The plan aims to create public awareness, ensure inclusive participation of village councils, wards and marginalised communities, and drive reforms through Jan Manthan (Discover), Vimarsh (Deliberate), Jan Samadhan (Deliver) and Sankalp Siddhi (Celebrate).
