TSEMINYU DPDB MEETING TO BE HELD ON MARCH 17

 

District Planning Officer & Members Secretary, Lolezo Lawrence Tsukrie has informed all the concerned members that the Tseminyu District Planning & Development Board meeting for the month of March is scheduled to be held on 17th March, 2026 at 12:00 AM at DC’s Conference Hall, Tseminyu.
All the Board members have been requested to note the timing and make it convenient to attend the meeting positively.

OBITUARY REFERENCE TO Lt. DR. LONGRINEKEN


 
Speaker of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly, Sharingain Longkumer, made an obituary reference in the House on the passing of Late Dr. Longrineken, a two-time Member of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly, who passed away on 7th March 2026 at his residence in Aoyim Village under Chümoukedima. He was 59.

STARRED QUESTION ON MODERN MECHANICAL WORKSHOP


 
Replying to a starred question raised by MLA Nuklutoshi on Day 4 of the Eight Session of the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly at NLA Hall, Kohima on 10th March 2026, Minister for Housing and Mechanical Engineering, Bashangmongba Chang, informed the House that the Modern Mechanical Workshop-cum-Training Institute (MMWTI) has begun training local youth in the operation and maintenance of heavy vehicles and machinery.
