The full text of the Governor of Nagaland, R.N. Ravi message on the occasion of Teachers Day is as follows:
“On the special occasion of Teachers’ Day, I have the great pleasure in extending my greetings and felicitations to teachers throughout the State of Nagaland who are constantly engaged in strengthening the intellectual and ethical foundations of our youth, society and country.
Deputy Commissioner & V/Chairman DPDB Wokha, Orenthung Lotha informed that the monthly District Planning & Development Board meeting for the month of September will be held on 8th September 2020 at DC conference hall, Wokha at 1:00 PM.
Therefore all members have been requested to note the change of date and attend the meeting positively.

In pursuance of the order/ guidelines on unlock 4, ADC & Administrator Longleng D.Robin has issued an order that the following instructions have been issued in supersession of all previous order/circular/notification issued earlier with immediate effect.
ADC Tseminyu, W.Manpai Phom who is also the Chairman Covid-19 Task Force Tseminyu Sub-Div., held a meeting with leaders of Rengma Students Union, Rengma Youth Organising/Rengma Selo Zi and Government officials at his office Chamber on 4th September2020. The meeting deliberated on the decisions taken during sub-division task force for covid-19 for organising mass awareness campaign on covid-19 in Tseminyu Sub-Division.
Deputy Commissioner, Wokha Orenthung Lotha has notified that as per Chief Engineer, PWD (NH) Nagaland, regarding the widening of the existing single/intermediate lane road to 2 lane road from KM 72.40 to KM 83.00 on NH-61 under Wokha district, the assessment of the damaged properties made earlier have been declared null and void vide DC Office orderNO.DCW/LR-15/NH-2/2018/979-3 dated 22nd June 2020.
On instances of random storage/parking of materials such as stone boulders, sand bricks, construction materials, firewood, bamboo, excavated earth etc.
