In commemoration of celebrating the 75 years of Indian Independence, a launching programme will be held on 12th March, 2021 at Secretariat Plaza, New Secretariat Complex, Kohima.

The District level coordination cum Consultative meeting for School Health & Wellness Programme under AYUSHMAN BHARAT held its first meeting in DC's Conference Hall Kohima on 10th March, 2021. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Commissioner and Chairperson of the Committee Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie, NCS.

The Commemoration of 75 years of India's Freedom –Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav) will be launched on 12th March 2021 by the Prime Minister of India from Gujarat. The celebration of 75 years of India’s Independence ‘Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav’ would commence 75 weeks prior to the Independence Day 2022 on 12th March 2021, and will extend up to the Independence Day 2023.

The State level function for celebration of 75 years of India's Independence shall be held at Nagaland Civil Secretariat Plaza on 12th March 2021 at 11:00 AM. The State Level Function shall be attended compulsorily by all the Officers and Staff of the Nagaland Civil Secretariat and the Directorates whose Offices are located around the vicinity of Nagaland Civil Secretariat complex.

            Jawahar Navodya Vidyalaya will organise a programme for distribution of study materials to the beneficiaries of Vigyan Jyoti on 13th March, 2021 at 10 AM, at Multi-Purpose Hall JNV, Kohima.
