LONGLENG DTF MEETING ON COVID-19 HELD

In accordance with announcement made by the Prime Minister of India for extension of lockdown till 3rd of May all-over the country an emergency meeting of the Longleng District Task Force on COVID-19 was held at DC office complex under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner & Chairman DTF, Longleng M. DC PERMITS COLONY BAKERIES TO OPEN

DC Dimapur Anoop Khinchi has given permission to bakeries located in colonies and villages under Dimapur District to remain open from 9am to 2pm with immediate effect. However, bakeries located in the main Town area were informed to remain closed till further orders.

DC WOKHA ISSUES DIRECTION ON LOCKDOWN

Deputy Commissioner, Wokha, Orenthung Lotha informs that in exercise of the power conferred under Section 22 (h) of the Disaster management Act, 2005, and the power conferred under Section 2, 3 and 4 of the Epidemic Disease Act 1897, hereby issues direction to all Departments that the lockdown measure will continue to remain in force upto 3rd May 2020 to contain the spread of COVID-19 pandemic in the district.
