The celebration of the "Meri Maati Mera Desh" campaign, commemorating 75 years of India's Independence, was held at Pfutseromi village under R.D. Block Pfutsero.
The Longleng District Administration has notified that in view of continuous rock fall, mudflow & landslides occurring at several stretches along Chantongya-Longleng National Highway-702, movement of all kinds of vehicles including Light Motor Vehicles (LMVS), along the aforementioned route has been restricted from 6:00 P.M.

The public's active cooperation and participation were sought to celebrate India's 77th Independence Day. The Administrator of Tseminyu Town Council and the Project Director (DRDA) were tasked with informing the public about the campaign's key elements for better understanding.
