Nagaland Board of School Education has stated that Continuous Professional Development (CPD) of teachers is an extremely important element of the school education ecosystem. The New Education Policy 2020 envisaged that each teacher will participate in at least 50 hours of Continuous Professional Development opportunities every year for their own professional development.
