Additional Deputy Commissioner, Medziphema has informed that the bridge located between Jharnapani and Molvom has been closed due to dismantling and construction works.  All forms of vehicular traffic will be restricted from 18th February 2026. 

The Directorate of Technical Education has notified that in apropos to the letter received from Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, National Commission for Allied & Healthcare Professions (NCAHP), the Commission has notified 13 curricula for different courses for Allied & Healthcare Professions for graduate and post graduate levels which are to be implemented from 2026-27 academic year.

A meeting of the Administrative Head of Departments (AHoDs) and Head of Departments (HoDs) is scheduled to be held on the 18th of February 2026 at 2:30 PM in the Nagaland Civil Secretariat, Conference Hall, Kohima. 

In this regard, all the ADoDs and HoDs are informed to make it convenient to attend the meeting positively.

The District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Chumoukedima has announced that a Mock Disaster Management Exercise is scheduled to be conducted in Chumoukedima on 23rd and 24th of February 2026, as part of preparedness activities for the year 2025–26.

The Department of Science & Technology, Government of Nagaland has informed that the State Level National Science Day 2026 will be celebrated on February 28, 2026 at the Capital Convention Centre, Kohima.
