The Home Department has informed that to mark the 75 years of India's Independence and for the 'Har Ghar Tiranga ' campaign, the National Flags for which supply orders have been placed with the Ministry of Culture, Government of India will start arriving in Dimapur in a few days.

A two-day training for Booth Level Officers (BLOs) of Kohima district on the New Forms/GARUDA App concluded on 30th July 2022 in the Conference Hall of Deputy Commissioner, Kohima.

With the rest of the country, Nagaland will be observing the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign. Har Ghar Tiranga is a campaign under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to encourage people to bring the Tiranga home and to hoist it to mark the 75th year of India’s independence.

Additional Deputy Commissioner, Tseminyu, Longasen Lotha, NCS has informed that for conduct of Intensive Revision of Electoral Rolls, for municipal/Town Councils scheduled from 3rd August 2022, all GBs under Tseminyu Town Council and recognized political parties are to attend a meeting for briefing in the office chamber of ADC & ERO Tseminyu Town Council on 1st August 2022 at 11:00 AM.
