The National Education policy (NEP) 2020 has given utmost importance on the concept of skills development and one of the main thrust is on vocational education. The Nagaland Board of School Education in order to acquaint the schools with current policies in vocational education, is organizing a Webinar on 'Vocational Education and NEP 2020’ with Dr. VinaySwarupMehrotra on 7th September, 2021 at 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.

In pursuance of the provisions under para 2,8,4 handbook for Returning officer 2019, Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer,Kiphire, T WatiAier, NCS has prepared publication of the draft list of polling stations for 59 Seyochung- Sitimi A/ C and 60 Pungro - Kiphire A/ C under Kiphire District.

The Department of Information & Public Relations condoled the untimely demise of Late S. Changsang, retired Director, Department of Information & Public Relations, Government of Nagaland, who passed away at Imphal on 1st September 2021.

Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie, NCS has informed that in connection with the rationalization of Polling Stations under Kohima district, the Draft List of Polling Stations in Annexure 3 has been prepared and is available for inspection on the Notice Board and also in the Election Branch, Office of the Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer, Kohima.
