Chairman DPDB Wokha and Advisor IT, S & NRE has informed all members that in view of the DDO’s meeting on the 10th Sept 2021 at SIRD hall Kohima, the monthly District Planning and Development Board meeting for the month of September 2021 will be held on 15th Sept 20221 at 11:00AM in the DCs conference hall, Wokha.

Fit Freedom Run 2.0 was conducted on 7th September 2021 at Noklak Town as a part of AzadiKaAmritMahotsav.

DC NoklakHiazuMeru flagged off the run where all the youth participated in cleaning the Town. "Team Clean Noklak" was also formed with volunteers comprising of youths from all 11 sectors under Noklak.

The Nagaland State Legal Services Authority (NSLSA) under the aegis of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) will be conducting the 3rd Quarterly National LokAdalat (People’s Courts) sitting in all the district headquarters on September 11. This is the 3rd Quarterly National LokAdalat to be held in 2021-2022. 

The RengmaNthenyi Literature Board with its Headquarter at Chunlikha has offered its service for any translation works into the Rengma (Nthenyi) dialect.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (3) of section 3 of the Environment Protection Act, 1986 and in pursuance to the Notification dated September 14, 2006 of the erstwhile Ministry of Environment and Forests, the Central Government vide gazette notification dated October 20th 2020 has notified the constitution of State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) for Nagaland.

The State level Teachers’ Day celebration, organised by the Department of school Education, was held at Morung hall, Directorate of School Education, Kohima on 5th September with Advisor, School Education, K.T. Sukhalu, IAS (Retd) as the Guest of honour.
