ADC PFUTSERO BANS IMPORT OF PIGS

ADC Pfutsero, Moakumzuk Tzudir has directed that in view of reported death of pigs due to swine flu in villages adjacent to Pfutsero town and other sub-division and in the interest of public health, imports of pigs from surrounding villages and other sub-division has been temporarily banned.

All wards G.Bs have been directed to monitor slaughter/sale of pork in respective ward and ensure only healthy pigs are slaughter for public consumption.
