DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION LONGLENG NOTIFIES  

DC Longleng has informed all business establishments and residents of Longleng town that following a thorough investigation and analysis conducted by the State Public Health Laboratory and the Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) regarding the recent outbreak of Acute Gastroenteritis in Pongching village, it has been determined that the suspected source of contaminated fish is not responsible for the outbreak.

SELLING & BUYING OF PORK RESTRICTED AT TENING  

Additional Deputy Commissioner & Administrator, Tening Town Council, T. Lemlila Sangtam in a notification, has ordered that in view of the safety measure for health of the general public in Tening area, particularly Tening town and adjoining villages, buying and selling of pork is restricted and prohibited in Tening Town Area and adjoining villages till further order.
