The tobacco epidemic has been taking a heavy toll on society as indicated by the rising trend of the incidence of diseases and economic burden related to tobacco use and our society must wake up to the threat posed by the tobacco industry before it is too late.
NAGALAND PREPARES FOR G20 SUMMIT
Chief Secretary, J. Alam, IAS stated that Nagaland is all set to host the G20 Summit 2023, at Kohima on 5th April 2023. He informed that Nagaland will be hosting a business meeting which will feature representatives of the G20 countries and added that the State Government is fully prepared to host the summit event.

NAGALAND POLICE INFORMS ON ENROLMENT OF CYBER VOLUNTEERS
The Nagaland Police through a press release stated that in order to tackle and mitigate the menace of cybercrime and to ensure a clean safe cyber space, the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C) of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has developed a Cyber Crime Volunteer Framework which enables the participation of citizens in tackling the cyber crime menace.
