The Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority (NSDMA), Home Department conducted the Nagaland Emergency Preparedness Exercise (NEPEx), a State-wide mega mock exercise on the 17th of November 2022. The exercise was conducted on an earthquake scenario with a magnitude of 8.7 on the Richter scale.

Launching programme of the Noklak District Differently Able Persons Association was held at the DC conference hall on 16th November 2022, chaired by Kathyinla EAC Noklak HQ. 

Additional Deputy Commissioner & District Election officer Pughoboto has informed the General public of the Pughoboto subdivision that there will be a demonstration on the use of Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) and Voters Verifiable Paper Audit Trails (VVPATS) with effect from 17th November at Additional Deputy Commissioner office Pughoboto.    

The Directorate of Art and Culture has informed all Rural Libraries, registered under the Department of Art and Culture, Government of Nagaland, to submit the Annual Progress Report of their Libraries. This is to monitor the progress of the Libraries and the services they are rendering to the community. As per the Annual Progress Report received from the rural libraries, their performance will be assessed.

The Directorate of School Education has informed all concerned that the competent authority will be opening/activating the Common Scholarship Portal (State Portal) from 21st November 2022 till 31st December 2022 for the academic year 2022-2023.
