DHO DIMAPUR ENCOURAGES FARMERS

The COVID-19 Horticulture Special Drive led by District Horticulture Officer, Temsu Longkumer visited farmers of different villages under Dimapur district, with the message "Grow More! Produce More! Earn More!". The special drive visit which began on 18th May is still continuing and the officials led by DHO Temsu would be visiting many more villages to educate and encourage the farmers.

STATE ROUNDUP ON COVID-19 LOCKDOWN

According to the daily report on Law & Order and facilitation of essential Goods & Services for 25th May, no violation of the lock down and law & order incidents report have been reported in any part of the State. Abhijit Sinha, Principal Secretary, Home while issuing the report added that all essential commodity shops and medical shops were open in all the districts. No shortage of food grains, groceries milk or medicines have been reported in any part of the State.

THREE COVID-19 CASES DETECTED IN NAGALAND

Principal Secretary, Health & Family Welfare, Menukhol John announced that Nagaland is no longer in the green zone with the detection of three positive COVID-19 cases in the State. He stated this while addressing the media on 25th May 2020 at the Nagaland Secretariat Conference hall, Kohima.
