REQUISITION OF VEHICLES FR ELECTION
In pursuance of Section 166 of the R.P. Act 1951, the power conferred to the State Government under Section 160 to 165 of the R.P Act 1951 the Chief Secretary Nagaland has delegated to the Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer, Kohima and Kiphire to act on behalf of the State Government for requisitioning of Vehicles, premises, etc for the conduct of Bye- Election to 14-Southern Angami-I (ST) and 60-Pungro, Kiphire (ST) Assembly Constituency, 2020.
