The University Grants Commission (UGC), Ministry of Education, Government of India has constituted a Committee to develop guidelines along with implementation strategy for Induction and Mentorship of Teachers in Non-Technical Stream (NIIMT). The objective of Mentorship of Teachers is to equip teachers with a broad repertoire of skill and dispositions to progressively improve results for students.

In the interest of the schools and the students’ community, the Nagaland Board of School Education has notified for information of the following:

1.      The HSLC & HSSLC Examination 2021 will be conducted in April 2021 i.e. HSLC Examination from 7th April to 21st April 2021 and HSSLC Examination from          6th April to 29th April 2021.

2.      The tentative date of HSLC & HSSLC Examinations 2021 results declaration may be June 2021.

In continuation of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP) week-long celebration and National Girl Child Day 2021, Local Champions were felicitated at GB's Hall Ahthibung and Heningkunglwa under BBBP Peren District.

As part of weeklong celebration of National Day of the Girl Child, safety kits were distributed to the Angawadi and Asha workers under Longleng district on 23rd January 2021 at DC's conference hall.

The kits were received by Longlang Luckpan, CDPO Longleng and Henmei Phom DCM Longleng. The program was organised by the district administration and Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP).

Wokha District Administration and DLCW-MSK organised Beti Bachao Beti Padhao week on 23rd January 2021 at Deputy Commissioners Conference Hall, Wokha. The programme was attended by adolescent girls and Bharat Guides.

Department of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources organized one day hands on training on “Value Added Fish Products” on 22nd January, 2021 at Aree Old, Aspirational Village under 39-Sanis Assembly constituency, Wokha District. The training was held for the women SHG’s under Gender Budgeting during 2019-20 with an aim to help them in entrepreneurship development.
