The Department of Tourism, Nagaland has informed that World Tourism Day will be organized live with the theme ‘The Emerging Delightful Destination’ from 27th to 30th September 2020. The North Eastern Council (NEC), Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) organises the annual event- ‘Destination North-East’ in different cities outside North Eastern Region (NER) with the objective of promoting and showcasing the rich heritages and opportunities of NER.
