The Chief Secretary, Nagaland invited the ENSF on 28th November 2020 and deliberated on the demands of the ENSF relating to NSSB and NPSC. The ENSF was apprised of the constitution of the Cabinet Sub-Committee headed by Y. Patton, Dy. Chief Minister to look into the 6 point Charter of Demands pertaining to NSSB. Government has also set up a Committee to review the job reservation policy of the State which is headed by J.

In partial modification of Cabinet Secretariat Notification dated 23rd July, 2019, the Government of Nagaland, on the advice of the Chief Minister of Nagaland, has re-allocated the portfolios and the business of the Government under the provisions of Rule 5(1) of the Rules of Executive Business of the Government of Nagaland to Temjen Imna Along, Minister as follows -

Preparation for Celebration of Statehood Day on 1st December 2020 is underway in both Longleng District Hq, and Tamlu sub-division. In a press release Deputy Commissioner M.Shayung Phom (NCS), stated that the occasion will be observed in accordance with all guidelines/protocols issued by the government. He further directed all heads of office to attend the ceremony at DCs office complex positively.

SDO (PHED) Jalukie Sub-Division, Er. Levi Anar has informed all the water consumers under Jalukie town that the department is undertaking repair works along the main line between Old Chalkot Village to Samzuiram Village w.e.f the issue of this order. While regretting the inconvenience caused, the consumers have been requested to cooperate during this restoration period. The water supply to the town is expected to resume by 2nd December, 2020.
