In the interest of the general public and as a precautionary measure to encourage social distancing due to COVID-19 pandemic crisis, the Deputy Commissioner has issued the following directives and guidelines for strict compliance of all concerned;
DC MON INFORMS ON WITHDRAWAL & DEPOSIT OF CASH
Deputy Commissioner Mon has informed that in order to reduce long queue of customer in Banks and ATM Booths for withdrawing and depositing cash, Abraham Representative Common Service Point/8974337358 will be operating mobile ATM service to facilitate withdrawal and deposit of cash in all the Wards of Mon Town as per the schedule given below.

DC DIMAPUR INFORMS
Deputy Commissioner Dimapur, Anoop Kinchi IAS, has in an order informed all concerned that wholesale Medical Shops along Christian Literature Center lane, Nyamo Lotha Road (Church Road) will be permitted to open from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon with effect from 20th April 2020. The order from DC stated that shops located on the opposite side would remain sealed till further order.
DIMAPUR POLICE ARRESTS FOUR FOR PHYSICAL ASSAULT
Dimapur Police arrested 4 (four) person Valen Sote, Medovi Kiso, Thejasekho Sirie and Vilakhotuo Vizo on 18thApril 2020 for physical assault of some non-locals and circulation of a video clip recording the same incident in Vidima village. A case has been registered in sub urban police station for further investigation.
