TRAINING OF POLLING PERSONNEL SCHEDULED TO BE HELD ON APRIL 15

In view of the General Election to the 18th Lok Sabha 2024, DC & DEO, Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji has informed that the third phase training of all polling personnel has been scheduled on April 15, 2024.

It was informed that the training for Presiding Officer (both male and female) will conducted on April 15 from 9:30 AM and training for first Polling Officers (both male and female) will be started from 12 PM, at Mayangnokcha GHSS, Mokokchung. Second Polling Officers (both male and female) will start from 01:00 PM and third Polling Officers (both male and female) will be started from 2:00 PM at Mayangnokcha GHSS, Mokokchung.

It further informed that all the concerned departmental Nodal Officers have been directed to inform all requisitioned officials of their respective departments regarding the aforementioned training schedule.

Strict action shall be initiated against absentees as per Section 134 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951.
