The Deputy Commissioner & Vice Chairman DPDB, Mokokchung, Ajit Kumar Verma, IAS, has convened the monthly DPDB meeting for the month of October on 12th October, 2026 at 11:00 AM, at DC's Conference Hall, Mokokchung. The North Eastern Council (NEC), Shillong, released a total of ₹ 42.63 crore during September 2026 to support development projects across the North Eastern Region (NER). Of this, ₹ 35.21 crore was allocated to the North Eastern States, while ₹ 7.42 crore was extended to regional institutions and agencies for capacity building, infrastructure and technology.

The Chief Secretary, Nagaland, Sentiyanger Imchen, IAS, has issued a notification consequent to the onboarding of the “Jeevan Pramaan - Digital Life Certificate” by the Government of Nagaland for obtaining the Life Certificate of pensioners for the continued disbursement of pension to various categories of pensioners under the State Government, as well as pensioners of other State Governments/Central Government pensioners drawing pension through the Government of Nagaland.

The Nagaland Board of School Education has issued a notification for information of all concerned that the Private and Compartmental students who filled up their forms for HSLC & HSSLC Examinations 2027 are asked to submit the original Admit Card and Marksheet to the respective schools/centers for onward submission to the Board’s Office.

The Nagaland Olympic Association (NOA) has unveiled the official logo of the Nagaland State & Para Games (NSPG) 2026, marking the transition from the Games' former identity as the Nagaland Olympic and Paralympic Games (NOPG).

The new identity brings together sport, inclusivity, Naga heritage and the collective strength of Nagaland's districts in a single visual mark, guided by the Games' motto: Stronger Together.
