DC KOHIMA INFORMS ON FIRING EXERCISE
The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kohima has informed the general public of Kohima that small arms firing exercise is to be conducted by the 13 Assam Rifles from 1st April, 2026 to 30th April, 2026 at the Firing Range, Kohima Garrison.
The general public have been advised not to enter or take cattle for grazing near the firing area during the mentioned period for safety reasons.

The House also passed the Nagaland Town and Country Planning (Fifth Amendment) Act 2025 and the Nagaland Shops and Establishments (First Amendment) Act 2025 on the fourth day of the Eight Session of the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly on 10th march 2026.
