The Directorate of School Education has notified to all concerned that, in honour of Teachers, September 7, 2026 (Monday) will be observed as Holiday for all Government and Private schools functioning across the state of Nagaland.

The Department of Youth Resources and Sports, Government of Nagaland, invites young people across the State to participate in the Viksit Bharat Challenge Track of the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) 2027, an initiative of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India.

The Government of Nagaland has directed all departments to extend full cooperation to the Special Investigation Team (SIT) constituted to investigate cases of fraudulent drawal of multiple salaries, including salary along with life pension, from more than one source within the State Government by government employees.
