In accordance with the Government order No. DHFW-16-UIP/Covid-19/42/2020-21/part 2(a) dated Kohima the 7th of June 2021, Kiphire District Task Force Committee has decided to undertake Intensified Covid-19 Vaccination at Government Higher Secondary School GHSS, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on June 9th2021.

In view of the completion of the contact tracing as per the laid down SOP, ADC Jalukie, Dr. Tinojongshi Chang has notified that the buildings located at House No. 9 Sector 'C', Old Jalukie Village and House No.149 Stadium Colony, Jalukie Town which were kept sealed on 2nd June, 2021 has been revoked with effect from the issue of this order.

DC Mon, Thavaseelan K, IAS on 7th June 2021, has called for Online Internship Programme under Drug Free India - Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. The interns will work on awareness generation and engagement of Nasha Mukt Bharat Campaigns with the general population in Mon District using social media to reach out to a large number of people through posts, videos, blogs etc. 

Deputy Commissioner, Kiphire, Rahul Mali, IAS, in an order has informed that some village authorities in Kiphire have issued prohibitory directives preventing the entry and exit of medical staffs including general public.

Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pfutsero in a circular stated that in order to intensify vaccination under Pfutsero Sub-division, the general public has been informed that a special Covid-19 vaccination drive for 18 years and above is being organized by the Block Task Force, Pfutsero with an aim to break the chain of COVID-19 transmission on the 13th of June, 2021 (SUNDAY) at Pfutsero Town Sports Complex from 09:00 AM TO 4:00 PM.
