FINES TO BE IMPOSED FOR DEFYING ORDER AT NOKLAK

Additional Deputy Commissioner, Noklak M. Chaitanya Prasad, IAS in an order has stated that, as per the provision given under Section 188 IPC, Sec 3 of Epidemic Disease Act 1977 and the Disaster Management Act 2005, any person found defying the order in this regard for public safety. BRIEFING ON COVID-19 ON 28th MAY 2020 FOR NAGALAND BY THE PRINCIPAL SECRETARY, HOME

“Today 9 more people who have returned to Nagaland have been tested positive for COVID-19. The total active cases in the State now stand at 18.  All the positive persons are being kept under medical observation at the designated COVID-19 Hospitals. LAW & ORDER IN NAGALAND AMID COVID-19
