Information from the state of Nagaland in connection with the Covid-19 the state emergency Operation Centre Control room COVID-19 Joint Secretary to the Government of Nagaland Hiazu Meru informed that the status of Covid-19 Cases tested 1405 and found Negative cases 1100 and positive were 04 and the tested result awaited 305. Further Hiazu Meru stated that person cured and death is nil so far.
ADC NOKLAK ORDERS
Additional Deputy Commissioner Noklak, M. Chaitanya Prasad, IAS in an order has banned the sale and consumption of Pan, Gutkha and Tobacco products. Spitting in public places and Institution is strictly prohibited as preventive measures to contain the spread of COVID-19 infections.
TSEMINYU QUARANTINE COMMITTEE HOLDS MEETING
Tseminyu Covid-19 quarantine committee held an emergency meeting on 25th May 2020 at GHSS building Tseminyu Town. The meeting discussed ideas about management of returnees in quarantine centres where various groups consists of NGOs/Volunteers, GBs and government officials have been set up including Reception and Liaison, Logistic and centres management, Medical, Security, Information and Publicity, Sanitation and Water supply, Electricity, Waste disposal and disinfection.
DC MON NOTIFIES
Deputy Commissioner Mon, Thavaseelan K, IAS, notified that in supersession of the earlier office Order (No.GA/DEV/COVID-19/2020/564 dated 21st May 2020), sealing of Inter-State borders of Mon District with Assam lifted with immediate effect.
The Inter-State movement of people and vehicles will be regulated according to the guidelines notified by the Government.

DC MON LIFTS TOTAL LOCKDOWN
Deputy Commissioner Mon, Thavaseelan K, IAS, has notified that a Total Lockdown has been enforced in Mon Sub-Division on 27th May 2020 vide this Office Notice (No.GA/DEV/COVID-19/2020/501 dated 25th May 2020) and in view of the cancellation of the arrival of the stranded persons from different parts of the country to Mon District, all concerned have been informed that the enforcement of Total Lockdown is lifted with immediate effect.
DHO DIMAPUR ENCOURAGES FARMERS
The COVID-19 Horticulture Special Drive led by District Horticulture Officer, Temsu Longkumer visited farmers of different villages under Dimapur district, with the message "Grow More! Produce More! Earn More!". The special drive visit which began on 18th May is still continuing and the officials led by DHO Temsu would be visiting many more villages to educate and encourage the farmers.
