In order to take effective measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19, EAC Tobu, Mon, on 27th April 2021 ordered the sealing of Community Health Centre, Tobu and Police Station, Tobu Town for 48 hours; M.H Store, Bazar 'B', Tobu and B.K Pan Shop, Bazaar 'A', Tobu Town till further orders and House no. 302, Bazaar 'A', Tobu Town till further orders. 

In order to take effective measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19, DC Mon Thavaseelan K, IAS, on 27th April 2021, in different notifications, ordered the sealing of District Transport Office, Mon Town for 48 Hours till further orders and House No. 108, Tanlao Ward, Mon Town and House No. 568 A. (Ground Floor), Wagiem Ward, Mon Town till further orders.

DC Mon, Thavaseelan K, IAS, on 27th April 2021 issued an order requesting all persons who visited District Planning Office, Mon between 17th April and 23th April 2021 to self-report to the following numbers: 9862078993/8787645487. 

Further, all have been requested to observe COVID-19 appropriate behaviour at all times and to self-isolate at home. 

In view of the rapid surge in the number of Covid-19 cases in the State, DC Mon, Thavaseelan K, IAS on 27th April 2021, issued the following advisory to be implemented by the Village and Ward Task Force under Mon District:
