DC KOHIMA DIRECTS LICENSE ARM HOLDERS

In view of the Bye Election to the 14th Southern Angami- I Assembly Constituency and in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Election Commission of India, regarding preventive action to ensure of peaceful, free and fair Poll during the elections and for preserving public peace and safety, Gregory Thejawelie DC and District Magistrate, Kohima has directed all the licensed arm holders to deposit their arms and ammunition to the nearest Police Stations on or before 19th October 2020.

NAGALAND UNIVERSITY TO ORGANISE ONE DAY NATIONAL WEBINAR ON NEP 2020

One day National webinar on 'National Education Policy (NEP 2020)- Strategic Roadmap for North East India' jointly organised by the Department of Education and Department of Teacher Education Nagaland University will be held on 7th October 2020 at 11 am.

In view to the detection of COVID-19 positive persons through Trunat screening test and in order to take preventive measures to contain the spread of COVID-19 as per the SOPs issued by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Directorate General of Health Services (EMR) Division Government of India, Dated 4th June 2020, the under mentioned Buildings located under Jalukie Town are sealed for 48 hours with effect from 5th October 2020 afternoon.
